To achieve this, we are seeking an experienced Customer Onboarding Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in overseeing the customer onboarding and migration experience, working closely with internal stakeholders, third parties, and managing various projects to guarantee a seamless transition for our valued customers. Key Responsibilities The Customer Onboarding Manager will be responsible for a wide range of duties designed to ensure project success and foster strong customer relationships. Key responsibilities include: Own the customer onboarding/migration experience, collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions. Implement regional/global projects using established project documents, ensuring alignment with company standards and best practices. Conduct project handover and readiness assessments with Solutions Design teams to guarantee a comprehensive understanding of project requirements. Design the work breakdown structure and define resources required for projects, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely project completion. Ensure all client requirements are understood, documented, and actioned by onward teams, maintaining a customer-centric approach throughout the onboarding process. Develop and manage detailed project plans, securing alignment and sign-off by stakeholders to ensure everyone is informed and aligned with project objectives. Create a positive environment that fosters partnership and project success, motivating project teams and driving collaboration. Manage project performance, communicating status, milestones, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders, and ensuring proactive issue resolution. Oversee the completion and documentation of E2E testing, ensuring that all aspects of the onboarding process are thoroughly tested and validated. Determine project call structure and manage stakeholder calls, facilitating open communication and ensuring that all parties are informed and engaged. Contribute to team calls, sharing experiences and ideas for process improvements, and actively participating in the continuous improvement of our onboarding processes. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, candidates should possess: Experience in the travel industry, although candidates from other sectors with transferable skills are also encouraged to apply. Strong relationship building and customer service skills, with a proven ability to understand and meet customer needs. An understanding of corporate travel and the ability to navigate complex customer requirements. Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrix environment across multiple geographies and time zones, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. A positive attitude and the ability to motivate project teams under pressure, driving collaboration and teamwork. Fluency in Business English, with multi-lingual capability being advantageous in our global environment. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and effectively. Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time management, to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to inspire change and adapt to resistance, demonstrating a proactive and solutions-focused approach to challenges. Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze situations, identify solutions, and implement them efficiently. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following skills and experiences are highly desirable: Experience collaborating across multiple functional groups and with operational Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), demonstrating an ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
