Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer support, and we're looking for talented individuals who share our vision to join our remote COps team. **Your Role as a Customer Operations Advisor** As a Customer Operations Advisor, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including phone, social media, email, and in-app chat. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional customer support by listening to customers' concerns, empathizing with their issues, and resolving problems efficiently. * Communicating with customers in a clear, concise, and friendly manner, using your excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Proactively identifying patterns in customer feedback and concerns, and working with our product team to implement changes that improve the customer experience. * Collaborating with our Financial Crime team to identify and investigate potential scams and suspicious activity. * Dealing with complex payments-related queries, including investigating missing transfers and Direct Debits, and helping customers manage their accounts. * Escalating customer feedback and feature requests to our product team, and ensuring that customers are treated fairly and their concerns are addressed. * Supporting other members of the COps team by providing guidance, mentoring, and training. **Your Working Life and Shift Requirements** As a remote Customer Operations Advisor, you'll work on an open availability contract basis, which means your shift pattern will change on a weekly basis. You'll be required to work some weekend days and have days off in the same working week.
