Job Purpose The Customer Retention Shop Executive at blithequark will play a crucial role in our tele-sales team, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving retention sales numbers, and serving our valued customers. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be expected to: Ensure seamless shop operations during official hours, providing a positive and supportive environment for internal and external customers. Upgrade, screen, and allocate retention customers, utilizing your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Provide comprehensive customer support, including updating customer interactions on Freshdesk, processing sales within SLA, handling customer complaints, and supporting issues related to customer retention products. Manage stock levels, ensuring availability and proper arrangement of products, and maintaining accurate records of stock quantities. Attend training sessions, complete monthly quizzes, and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to the company's dress code and presentation standards. Customer Support As a Customer Retention Shop Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support, including: Updating all customer interactions on Freshdesk, ensuring accurate and timely records of customer communications. Processing sales within SLA, meeting customer expectations and driving business growth. Handling customer complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally, and maintaining a positive and supportive demeanor. Supporting issues related to customer retention products, providing expert advice and guidance to customers. Conducting proper KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures before completing and selling products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Stock Management You will be responsible for managing stock levels, including: Ensuring stock availability by placing orders for products with low stock levels. Maintaining accurate records of stock quantities, ensuring that products are properly arranged and stored. Managing the quantity of stock in the channel, optimizing stock levels to meet customer demand. Computer literacy, with proficiency in Excel and experience with CRM systems (an added advantage). Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other teams. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and customer retention.
