Job Overview As a Customer Sales and Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. You'll work with customers to understand their needs, resolve their issues, and provide personalized solutions that meet their expectations. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to requests about installation, disconnection, or changes to service. Instill confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening, utilizing knowledge of blithequark's products and services to effectively service and retain customers. Identify customer needs and proactively offer blithequark's products and services to meet monthly sales goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience. Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and disputes on service, billing, rates, adjustments, and policy issues. Respond to requests from customers about blithequark products and services. Verify service order accuracy and completeness and make corrections/changes as needed. Negotiate the collection of overdue bills. Work evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business. Manage various systems and work tools while engaging on the phone with customers. What We're Looking For We're looking for a true consultative salesperson who is energized by meeting sales goals and building relationships with customers. You take a deep interest in learning about your customers, their business challenges, and industry trends. You're a skilled communicator with excellent empathy and problem-solving skills, and you're driven to provide exceptional customer service. Essential Qualifications Customer service skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate with detail and precision. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications Related Associate Degree or 2+ years' relevant experience. Customer Service call center experience. Previous collections experience.
