Job Overview and Responsibilities In this critical role, you will have the opportunity to manage the eCommerce P&L for a leading portfolio, including Amazon.com and other platforms. You will collaborate with multiple functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and achieve business objectives, working in a dynamic and rapidly evolving digital commerce environment. Your expertise and influence will be essential in educating stakeholders on the strategic importance of eCommerce within the organization. Your key responsibilities will include: Developing and executing short, mid, and long-term growth strategies for the Amazon Protein partnership, aligning with overall business objectives and driving revenue growth Collaborating with Protein leadership to align sales forecasts and ensure adequate brand support, leveraging data and insights to inform merchandising, marketing, and promotional strategies Leading negotiations and discussions with customers to drive long-term strategic growth, fostering strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities Utilizing data and insights to inform business decisions, optimizing creative content and media strategies to drive engagement and conversion Overseeing relationships with content development and media agencies to optimize creative content, ensuring consistent brand messaging and maximum ROI Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: A minimum of 5 years of experience managing a P&L or Digital Commerce business, with a proven track record of driving growth and revenue expansion Previous sales experience managing customer/retailer relationships, preferably with Amazon, and a strong understanding of the eCommerce landscape Strong business judgment and decision-making skills, with proven P&L management experience and the ability to analyze complex data sets Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to engage at all levels and influence stakeholders Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications and Skills To stand out as a candidate, you will need: Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, with a strong understanding of digital customers, media, and eCommerce merchandising Strong knowledge of digital commerce platforms, including Amazon, and the ability to leverage data and insights to drive business growth An MBA or equivalent advanced degree, with a focus on business, marketing, or a related field Proven leadership skills, with a positive attitude and high energy, and the ability to motivate and inspire teams Aptitude for problem-solving and quick learning, with a strong ability to adapt to changing business environments and priorities Career Growth and Development Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
