As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing timely and effective support through various communication channels, including inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chats. Your primary objective will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, resolve routine issues, and promote arenaflex's products and services. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide exceptional customer service support, ensuring that all interactions meet contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Clarify customer requirements, use decision-support tools and resources to provide resolution, and demonstrate empathy while building rapport with customers * Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner, adhering to agreed-upon procedures * Maintain basic knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, staying up-to-date on new developments and updates * Prepare complete and accurate work, including notating accounts as required, and participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance * Offer additional products and services to customers, promoting arenaflex's offerings and driving revenue growth * Track, document, and retrieve information in our call tracking database, ensuring accurate and timely reporting * Respond to customer inquiries, referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff as needed **Essential Qualifications:** * High school diploma with three to six months of relevant experience in customer service or a related field * Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences * Excellent computer navigation skills and proficiency in PC applications * Effective communication skills, both written and verbal * Dependable with strong attention to detail, able to multitask and adapt to changes quickly * Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high-production work environment * Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently, with a patient and professional demeanor * Willingness to rotate shifts, as needed, to meet business demands **Preferred Qualifications:** * Additional experience or skills may be required based on location and/or program * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry-specific terminology and operating standards * Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on metrics and performance **Career Framework Role:** As a Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be part of our entry-level program, working closely with our team to develop your skills and knowledge.
