Job Overview The Customer Service Advisor role at arenaflex is a critical position that interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet, depending on client requirements. This position is responsible for providing customer service support and resolving routine problems regarding our client's products or services. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the face of arenaflex, ensuring that every customer interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and a customer-centric approach. Key Responsibilities Ensure that the service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency in every interaction. Clarify customer requirements, probing for understanding, and utilizing decision-support tools and resources to provide appropriate resolutions to customers, ensuring that their needs are met and concerns are addressed. Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy while maximizing opportunities to build rapport with the customer, fostering a positive and loyal relationship with arenaflex. Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner, using agreed-upon procedures to ensure consistency and excellence in every interaction. Maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services, staying up-to-date with the latest information to provide accurate and helpful support to customers. Prepare complete and accurate work, including appropriately notating accounts as required, to ensure that all customer interactions are properly documented and followed up on. Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance, contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service operations. Offer additional products and/or services to customers, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience and meet their evolving needs. Track, document, and retrieve information in call tracking databases, utilizing technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate information. Candidate Profile To be successful as a Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you should possess a high school diploma, with three to six months of relevant experience preferred. You should be courteous, with a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally. Dependability, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential skills for this role, as well as the ability to work as a team member and independently. You should demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations, maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner, even in challenging situations. Essential Qualifications High school diploma with three to six months of relevant experience preferred. Courteous with strong customer service orientation. Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally. Dependable with strong attention to detail. Skilled in multitasking, including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly. Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high-production work environment. Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently. Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations, including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment. Basic knowledge of client products and/or services. Ability to rotate shifts, as needed. Additional experience/skills may be required based on location and/or program.
