About the Role We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Inbound Fraud department as Fraud Customer Service Advisors. This role is pivotal in delivering top-notch service to our credit, debit, and corporate/government card customers who are experiencing suspicious or unauthorized activity on their accounts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing empathetic and knowledgeable support, ensuring that our customers receive the assistance they need in a timely and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities Answering a high volume of incoming calls (approximately 80-120 per day) and providing exceptional customer service to resolve issues related to fraud and unauthorized transactions. Performing a range of tasks aimed at preventing financial loss, including blocking or placing security holds on accounts, marking accounts as lost or stolen, and forwarding fraud and dispute information to the relevant departments. Initiating fraud claims and providing updates on existing claims, ensuring that customers are well-informed throughout the process. Collaborating with various internal teams to address fraud and dispute issues comprehensively. Documenting fraud alerts, creating case files, and escalating complex issues to specialized teams as necessary. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent. At least one to two years of experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following skills and experiences are highly desirable: Knowledge of consumer, debit, and corporate/government card products. Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and resolve exceptions. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and problem-solve effectively.
