As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring that customer orders and enquiries are handled efficiently and effectively. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading industry player, develop your skills and expertise, and contribute to the success of our business. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Advisor at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: * Taking inbound calls from customers and responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner * Providing quotations and processing orders in a timely and accurate manner * Operating and maintaining spreadsheets to track customer interactions and sales performance * Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction * Producing weekly reports to monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement * Raising contracts and discussing with customers to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process **What We Offer** In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £26,000, plus a range of benefits and perks, including: * Monday to Friday shifts on a rotational basis between the hours of 8:45am and 5:30pm * Great additional benefits, including staff incentives and loyalty holidays * Employee Welfare Fund (company-funded social events) * Access to in-house Learning & Development team to support your career growth and development **About You** We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor who has a proven track record of working in a customer-focused environment and has demonstrable experience of working in a fast-paced, high-volume call centre environment.
