Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Advocate at blithequark, your primary focus will be on delivering outstanding support to our members, helping them understand and utilize their health and wellness benefits effectively. Your responsibilities will include: Providing clear and concise explanations of our services and benefits to clients, customers, and healthcare providers, addressing common questions and concerns related to medical and dental procedures, office and hospital visit costs, and more. Taking ownership of customer issues and resolving them efficiently and professionally, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible. Acting as an advocate for health and wellness, educating customers on disease management programs and recommending healthy living programs tailored to their needs. Utilizing your toolkit and resources to solve problems and provide solutions, ensuring that our members receive the best possible support and guidance. Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement of our processes and systems. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful as a Customer Service Advocate at blithequark, you should possess: A High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred. At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of analyzing and solving customer problems. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and high-level capacity to multitask independently and on a computer. Knowledge of Medical Terminology is a plus, but not required. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
