Key Responsibilities: Help clients, customers, and healthcare providers understand our business and services, addressing common questions about medical and dental procedures, office and hospital visit costs, and claims-related topics. Take ownership of customer issues, resolving them promptly and professionally, with the goal of providing a first-time resolution whenever possible. Act as an advocate for health and wellness, promoting disease management programs and recommending healthy living initiatives that meet our members' unique needs.
