About the Role As a Customer Service Advocate at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, helping them navigate our services and providing solutions to their problems. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to educate customers on disease management programs, recommend healthy living programs, and resolve issues efficiently. You'll work independently, using your toolkit to analyze and solve customer problems, and collaborate with our team to ensure seamless support.
