Our network management team plays a vital role in guiding the development and support of provider networks, as well as unit cost management activities through financial and network pricing modeling, analysis, and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service support to patients, providers, and communities, ensuring a seamless and positive experience Guide the development and support of provider networks, fostering strong relationships and collaborations Contribute to unit cost management activities through financial and network pricing modeling, analysis, and reporting Identify opportunities for creative projects and self-growth, leveraging our Commercial, Medicare Advantage, and Managed Medicaid products Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and achieve business objectives Essential Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you'll need: A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and support Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in financial and network pricing modeling, analysis, and reporting (or willingness to learn) Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience in healthcare or a related field, with knowledge of provider networks and cost management activities Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with ability to interpret complex data sets Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with strong self-motivation and discipline Skills and Competencies: To excel in this role, you'll need to demonstrate: Customer-centricity: a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and support Collaboration: ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Analytical thinking: strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy Communication: excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships Adaptability: ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits: At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting your career growth and development.
