Our collaborative, team-driven atmosphere is the perfect environment for customer service professionals who thrive on creating positive member experiences. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Advocate – Remote Member Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for: * Working directly with arenaflex members in a fast-paced inbound contact center, providing them with an outstanding experience. * Providing exceptional service to every caller by building trust and creating sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication. * Applying problem-solving and critical thinking skills to research and communicate solutions in a variety of situations. * Effectively handling customer concerns by utilizing available resources to provide accurate information and ensure empathetic resolution, while keeping records of all interactions and changes. * Confidentially handling policy owner information and ensuring compliance and communication standards are met. * Collaborating with internal teams to ensure thorough and timely resolutions for all members. **What We Offer** arenaflex is committed to providing a dynamic work environment that offers excellent benefits and competitive compensation.
