About the Role We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Agents. As a 100% work-from-home agent, you'll be responsible for handling a large volume of calls, conducting telephone screenings, and engaging in positive interactions to effectively meet the needs of our customers. Key Responsibilities: Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner Conduct telephone screenings to assess customer needs and provide solutions Engage in positive interactions with customers to build trust and resolve issues Utilize computer software and systems to manage customer interactions and update records Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: 18 years of age or older Eligible to work in the US Willing to consent to a background check Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent computer navigation skills Ability to work in a quiet, home office environment with minimal distractions Preferred Qualifications: Previous customer service experience Experience working in a call center or remote work environment Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software Technical Requirements: As a remote worker, you'll be required to use your own computer equipment and internet service.
