Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you will be responsible for: Customer Interaction: Greet and assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and any inquiries they may have regarding their travel plans. Provide personalized support and ensure that all customers feel valued and appreciated. Ticketing and Reservations: Process ticket sales, changes, and cancellations using our reservation systems. Provide information on flight schedules, fares, and policies, and make recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with other team members and departments to find solutions and provide a seamless travel experience. Baggage Handling: Assist with baggage check-in and retrieval, ensuring that all luggage is handled safely and efficiently. Provide clear instructions to customers on baggage policies and procedures. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety and security protocols, ensuring compliance with airline regulations and procedures. Report any incidents or concerns to the relevant authorities and take proactive measures to prevent accidents. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations and a seamless travel experience for customers. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful as a Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you will need: Education: A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred. Experience: Previous customer service experience, preferably in the airline or hospitality industry. Experience in a fast-paced environment and handling stressful situations with professionalism is highly valued.
