Job Overview and Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Agent with arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, guiding and assisting them with the ticketing and luggage check-in process. Your primary responsibilities will include: Handling all aspects of work related to ticketing and making reservations for passengers, including tagging and lifting passenger luggage to a bag belt for transport to the ramp. Proactively greeting clients, assessing their needs, explaining arenaflex's available technology alternatives, and directing them appropriately. Positively influencing clients' use of airport technology to ensure a better, faster, and friendlier airport experience for all clients. Displaying a positive image of arenaflex and keeping clients informed while ensuring service delivery. Efficiently coordinating with internal resources while working under pressure and time constraints to dispatch flights on time. Performing a variety of tasks in accordance with the functional work location assignment, and being cross-applied to perform all functions as required. Work Environment and Schedule As a Customer Service Agent with arenaflex, you will be working from home in the United States, with rotating shifts and off days. You may be required to work outdoors and practice safety-aware behaviors in all operational procedures and processes. Minimum Qualifications To succeed as a Customer Service Agent with arenaflex, you will need: A High School diploma, GED, or High School Equivalency. To be fluent in English, both spoken and written communication. Entry-level computer skills and the ability to type at least 30 words per minute. Strong verbal and written communication skills, using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation. To be at least 18 years of age and have the right to work and live in the United States. To be able to frequently lift baggage or items weighing up to and including 50 pounds, and occasionally lift baggage or items weighing between 50 and 70 pounds. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, experience and/or education in ticketing is preferred. If you have a background in customer service or a related field, you will have a competitive edge in this role.
