As a remote employee, you'll enjoy the flexibility and autonomy to work from home while being part of a collaborative and supportive team. **Responsibilities:** As an Experienced Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: * **Trip Assignment and Coordination:** Assign trips to dispatchers in the Health-E Rides system (approx 700-900 per night) and determine which dispatchers are eligible for certain trips based on the language spoken by the member. * **Customer Service:** Answer inbound calls from members during evening hours, coordinate evening trips as they come in, and provide exceptional customer service to resolve any issues or concerns. * **Administrative Tasks:** Assist with Care Partner related administrative tasks such as payment processing and assist with Level 1 administrative tickets in Zendesk. * **Dispatching and Coordinating:** Stack trips to contracted Care Partners and ensure that all trips are assigned and coordinated efficiently. * **Communication:** Collaborate with dispatchers, Care Partners, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination. **Requirements:** To be successful in this role, you will need: * **Previous Experience:** Previous experience in dispatching and coordinating transportation, preferably in a healthcare setting. * **Healthcare Experience:** Healthcare experience is highly preferred, but not required. * **Reliability:** Consistently reliable and able to work evening shifts (Monday night to Friday night, 11:30pm to 8am PT). * **Communication Skills:** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, dispatchers, and Care Partners. * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in using Health-E Rides and Zendesk systems, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly. **Essential Skills and Competencies:** * **Customer Service:** Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. * **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, dispatchers, and Care Partners. * **Problem-Solving:** Ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently. * **Time Management:** Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. * **Teamwork:** Ability to work collaboratively as part of a remote team. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** As an Experienced Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll have opportunities to: * **Develop Your Skills:** Continuously develop your skills and knowledge in customer service, dispatching, and coordination. * **Grow with the Company:** Grow with our company and take on new challenges and responsibilities as you progress in your career. * **Remote Work:** Enjoy the flexibility and autonomy of working from home while being part of a collaborative and supportive team. **Work Environment and Company Culture:** arenaflex is committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
