Key Responsibilities: Ensuring Seamless Travel Experiences Check in passengers and their luggage efficiently at the ticket counter and gates, ensuring a smooth start to their journey. Handle customer concerns and complaints regarding ticketing and baggage handling with patience, empathy, and professionalism. Provide knowledgeable and timely responses to inquiries about flight schedules, fares, and other travel-related queries. Make announcements at the gate or over the PA system regarding flight activity, keeping passengers informed and up-to-date. Coordinate with the gate, ground handling team, flight crew, and airport vendors to ensure seamless flight operations. Qualifications: The Skills and Attributes We're Looking For To succeed as a Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you'll need: Strong Communication Skills : The ability to interact professionally with passengers, team members, and station leadership, both verbally and in writing. Proficient Computer Skills : Familiarity with airline industry software and systems, as well as general computer applications. Age and Education : Be at least 18 years old and possess a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience. Valid Driver's License : Required for some airport locations, with a clean driving record.
