Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent for our remote freight operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for communicating directly with clients, responding to their inquiries, and providing exceptional service to ensure their needs are met. This is an entry-level position, and our experienced managers will provide guidance and mentorship to help you succeed and advance in your career. Key Responsibilities Communicate directly with clients via phone and in-person to respond to their inquiries and provide exceptional customer service Work collaboratively with our team to ensure freight is moved on time, safely, and efficiently Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding their shipments Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner Work flexible hours, including early morning and evening shifts, to meet operational requirements Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field Valid driver's license Basic computer skills and digital literacy Ability to frequently lift tools, supplies, or items weighing up to 50 pounds Willingness to wear required company-approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Commitment to prioritizing safety and security of self, others, and individual data Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will give you an upper hand in this role: Past experience in freight cargo and warehouse operations Strong writing and computer skills Experience working in a customer-facing role Knowledge of the aviation industry and freight operations What We Offer At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive range of benefits and perks to support their well-being, growth, and development.
