Job Summary and Key Responsibilities As a Cargo Agent (Customer Service Agent) at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting directly with clients in person and over the phone to provide exceptional customer service and support. Your key responsibilities will include: Booking and coordinating freight shipments in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless and efficient operations Adapting to changing schedules and shift requirements, including early morning and evening shifts, as well as weekends and holidays Working a variable schedule, including 20-40 hours per week, depending on operational requirements Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree and excellent communication and customer service skills.
