Job Overview and Key Responsibilities As a Cargo Agent (Customer Service Agent) at blithequark, you will play a vital role in our mission to provide outstanding service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include: Direct interaction with clients face-to-face and via telephone to address their needs and concerns Ensuring freight is shipped on time, safely, and efficiently, in line with our operational standards Booking and managing cargo shipments based on operational requirements Working a variety of shifts, including early mornings and evenings, with a range of 20 to 40 hours per week, depending on your position and the station's flight schedule Collaborating with our team to achieve our goals and contribute to the success of our cargo operations This is an entry-level customer service position, and our experienced managers will provide you with the mentorship and support you need to succeed and grow in your career.
