As a Customer Service Agent, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping our customers navigate the complexities of Medicare health plans. You'll work in a virtual environment, using your skills and expertise to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others. **Key Responsibilities** * Make outbound calls and inbound calls to confirm/schedule/reschedule participant's appointment with a Benefit Advisor * Answer inbound phone calls pertaining to the status of an application or general customer inquiries * Respond to instant live chat requests from customers and assist customers with website navigation and self-service options * Research options in proprietary arenaflex tools to provide accurate and timely information to customers * Document all conversations and actions taken on each interaction **Requirements** * High school degree or equivalent * 1+ years customer service experience in a call center environment preferred * Knowledge of Medicare health, prescription drug plan, vision, and dental enrollments preferred * Strong written and verbal communication and rapport building skills * Experience and general comfort level using Microsoft Word, Excel, computer telephony, internet, and computer tools **Essential Skills** * Ability to talk and efficiently type simultaneously * Ability to multitask across multi-functional work * On-camera visibility during any meetings, trainings, or per leadership request * Takes initiative and demonstrates strong problem-solving skills * Proven success in maintaining a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced business environment; able to deescalate * Aptitude for understanding details of insurance or complex information * Actively listening to participants to understand both verbal and non-verbal cues **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a virtual environment * Knowledge of arenaflex's proprietary tools and systems * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment **Work Environment** As a Customer Service Agent, you'll work in a virtual environment, using your skills and expertise to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll need a dedicated quiet home office/workspace with a stable internet connection. A home-based system test will be required to ensure speed and quality match arenaflex's requirements.
