Job Description: Customer Service Analyst We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Analyst to join our team. As a Customer Service Analyst, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, responding to customer queries, and resolving issues in a timely and comprehensive manner. Respond to all customer queries in a timely and comprehensive manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Deliver on key performance metrics, including employee, customer, and shareholder goals. Identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to recommend changes in workflows, procedures, and service levels to meet customer demands and ensure quality service. Adhere to quality and compliance guidelines, maintaining the highest standards of customer care. Support new initiatives and projects within the directorate, contributing to the growth and development of our services. Balance customer interests with the interests of blithequark, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible support while also meeting business objectives. Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to identify and document necessary information, resolving customer issues and addressing service concerns. Qualifications and Requirements We are looking for candidates with 1 to 6 years of experience in customer service or contact center domains. The ideal candidate will possess: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong customer focus and ability to resolve customer issues effectively. An analytical mind and attention to detail, with a high level of customer sensitivity and commitment to service orientation. Desirable knowledge of blithequark products and services. High result orientation, with the ability to work independently and meet stringent deadlines. Proficiency in English and standard MS Office applications. Experience in a 24*7 environment, with flexibility to work varying shifts. A performance rating of G2L2 or better in the last review (if applicable). Colleagues with calling experience are preferred.
