As we continue to expand our product offerings and push the boundaries of what is possible in plastic extrusion, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative / Office Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. About the Role This unique position offers a hybrid work model, combining the flexibility of remote work with the collaborative environment of our office. As a Customer Service Representative / Office Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in driving company success by performing a wide range of clerical, administrative, and customer service functions. Your strong and diverse skillset will be instrumental in ensuring seamless operations, excellent customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall growth of our organization. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and emails from customers inquiring about their orders, providing timely and accurate information to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Send updates to customers about their orders as needed, keeping them informed throughout the process and building trust in our brand. Gather information on customer complaints, working closely with management to achieve speedy resolutions and continuously improve our services. Call applicants and schedule interviews for the Plant Manager to conduct, supporting the recruitment process and helping to identify top talent for our team. Conduct onboarding paperwork, background checks, and E-Verify reports for all new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into our organization and compliance with all relevant regulations. Perform all other related office tasks as assigned by the Plant Manager, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to support the team in achieving our goals. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To excel in this role, you will need to possess a combination of essential and preferred qualifications, including: Previous experience in MS Office systems and Outlook, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and technologies. Ability to prioritize and multitask, managing multiple responsibilities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of your work. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to maintain efficient systems and processes, both physically and digitally. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management. While not essential, experience in customer service, administration, or a related field would be highly advantageous, as would any relevant certifications or training.
