Job Overview and Responsibilities We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated Call Center Representatives to join our team at blithequark. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling emergency signals, notifying and verifying alarm signals, and dispatching the proper authorities. Handle emergency signals and respond promptly to alarm activations Notify and verify alarm signals to ensure accurate and efficient response Dispatch proper authorities, such as police or fire departments, as needed Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet performance goals Essential Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as experience in customer service. You should be flexible and able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required. Additionally, you must be computer literate and able to learn our systems and software quickly.
