Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you must have an active resident license to sell Property and Casualty insurance. Additionally, you should: Reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence. Hold a high school diploma or GED. Be fluent in English or be bilingual (Spanish/English). Have a passion for helping others and a patient and empathetic nature. Be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
