Key Responsibilities Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce to achieve operational excellence. Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises, aligning with blithequark's high standards. Collaborate with various support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop and implement plans that meet business objectives. Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, as the role requires physical activity. Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts and work in environments with varying noise levels and temperatures. Continuously climb and descend stairs in sites with stair access, ensuring adaptability to different operational settings. Essential Qualifications To excel as an Area Manager at blithequark, you should possess: A strong customer service background, with a proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage team members. A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Physical ability to perform the tasks required for the role, including lifting and standing for long periods. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Previous experience in operations, logistics, or a related field, with a track record of leadership and team management.
