Job Overview The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for managing major business accounts, providing order management, and delivering exceptional customer care to our Corporate Sales Team. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service support to external customers and internal stakeholders via inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. Manage and process a variety of orders, including electronic and manual order entry, to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and account records, utilizing systems such as the Viewer System Console and Customer Contact Tool. Utilize the Support Management Dashboard in Salesforce to track customer interactions, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with the Corporate Sales Team to provide sales support, resolve customer complaints, and identify new business opportunities. Work effectively with confidential information, exercising discretion and maintaining confidentiality at all times. Adapt to changing work schedules, including weekends and late hours during peak periods, such as holidays. Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of order entry and customer service processes within CCS, staying up-to-date with system updates and process improvements. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will possess: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and employees at all levels of the organization. Proven ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a remote team. Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to collaborate with colleagues and support the achievement of team goals. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a remote or call center environment. Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems, with experience using these tools to manage customer interactions and track sales performance. Experience with order entry and customer service systems, such as CCS, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
