About the Role As a Customer Trainee at blithequark, you will play a vital role in our Quality Control Team, responsible for ensuring that our customers and employees are receiving the best possible service. While customer service experience is helpful, it is not necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in this role. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to our customers and employees to verify that they are meeting their job requirements and providing excellent service Prepare and submit reports to your supervisor, detailing the outcomes of your calls and any areas for improvement Utilize your strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, employees, and team members Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and quality control processes Collaborate with the Quality Control Team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and employee performance Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills: Highly motivated and self-starting, with a strong desire to learn and grow Excellent phone, computer, and internet skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software applications Comfortable talking on the phone and communicating effectively with customers and employees Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to speak and explain clearly Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Access Experience with Email Mail Merge is helpful, but not required Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare and submit reports Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications and skills are preferred: Previous customer service experience, either in a call center or retail environment Familiarity with quality control processes and procedures Experience working in a remote or home-based environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills and careers.
