Key Responsibilities Conduct professional outbound sales and customer service calls to existing and potential clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner, utilizing strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach Offer additional products or services to callers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, and promoting blithequark's services and solutions Ensure accurate record-keeping of all interactions, including customer information, sales data, and call outcomes, using our state-of-the-art CRM system Adhere to a provided work schedule and maintain a high level of punctuality, ensuring that all calls are made in a timely and efficient manner Maintain confidentiality of company and client information, adhering to blithequark's data protection policies and procedures Successfully achieve sales and fundraising goals on outbound projects, consistently meeting or exceeding targets and contributing to the growth and success of blithequark Maintain efficiency and composure while handling various types of calls, including customer complaints, sales inquiries, and technical support requests Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess previous customer service experience, preferably in a telemarketing or customer service setting. You should be flexible and able to work on Sundays, as well as accommodate a varied work schedule. Strong verbal communication skills, the ability to work independently, and basic computer skills are also essential. You should be willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems, and be able to pass blithequark's training, background, and credit check.
