Key Responsibilities Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery in a timely and efficient manner Assist customers with questions and concerns, providing personalized support and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner Work through problem-solving scenarios for customers, using your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to de-escalate conflicts and provide solutions Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to blithequark's high standards of quality and safety Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site, and ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently Use technology such as smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders, staying up-to-date with the latest tools and systems Receive truck deliveries, verifying the accuracy of shipments and ensuring that all items are properly stored and secured Physical Requirements In this role, you will be required to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. You will also need to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation. Additionally, you may be required to use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around, and go up and down stairs (where applicable).
