Job Summary The Customer Care Expert at arenaflex will be responsible for managing functions aimed at developing strategic growth opportunities for both our clients and business owners. With the help of key support teams, the incumbent will implement business processes aligned with committed standards and service level agreements. This role requires a unique blend of customer service, technical support, sales, and business-to-business functions, making it an exciting and challenging opportunity for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Utilize different communication platforms to engage and build positive relationships with clients or business owners, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Serve as a knowledge-source for existing processes and contribute to the development of new business strategies, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Be a champion in addressing customer needs based on assigned responsibilities, including customer service, technical support, sales, and other business-to-business functions, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns. Perform necessary research and analysis to provide proper resolution and ensure the quality of services rendered, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Coordinate with internal and external departments to maximize available resources and convert each client interaction into potential growth opportunities for the business, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment. Complete other related functions depending on business needs, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: At least one (1) year of related working experience in a BPO set-up or similar industries, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and sales results. Demonstrated business communication skills (verbal and written English), with the ability to engage in consultative-type conversations and connect with clients and/or business owners in a professional manner. Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on building positive relationships and providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns. Basic technical knowledge is required, with the ability to understand and articulate technical concepts (basic IT technologies), and industry-standard certifications are preferred but not required (technical positions). Amenability to work on shifting schedules and be assigned to the account location, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work. Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.), with a strong ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on sales and customer service. Industry-specific knowledge and experience, with a deep understanding of the products and services offered by arenaflex. Advanced technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Leadership or team management experience, with a strong ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve exceptional results.
