About the Role As the face of arenaflex, our Customer Service Associates play a vital role in establishing and maintaining our reputation for excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Communicate with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their shopping experience Deliver a customer service experience that surpasses all expectations, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty Maintain designated areas adequately stocked, organized, and secure, meeting customer satisfaction and safety standards Collaborate with management and coworkers to achieve sales objectives and contribute to the overall success of the team Process transactions using the POS system, handle customer refunds and exchanges, and manage payments according to established policies and procedures Prepare price tags and sales signage, maintain product stock, label and exhibit goods, and ensure compliance with organizational safety guidelines Provide support in other store departments as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing situations Thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining attention to detail Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must: Be at least 18 years old Have basic mathematical skills and the ability to perform calculations accurately Have experience in dealing with customer issues and providing excellent customer service Be able to multitask, work well under pressure, and maintain a high level of productivity Be willing to obtain forklift certification through arenaflex, if required for the position Pass a mandatory drug test, if required by law, to operate heavy equipment Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays Basic knowledge of products and services offered by arenaflex Physical and Sensory Requirements This role requires: Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or moving objects weighing 30-60 pounds occasionally or 20-30 pounds frequently Using hands and fingers to touch and manipulate objects, with frequent standing, walking, reaching, balancing, and climbing Constant movement and activity, with occasional periods of sitting or standing still Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth, development, and advancement.
