You'll be part of a dynamic and supportive community that's dedicated to helping you succeed. * **Make a Positive Impact**: As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our members, helping them achieve their financial goals and build strong relationships with our credit union. * **Ongoing Training and Certification Opportunities**: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices through our comprehensive training programs and certification opportunities. **Job Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service and Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for: * **Answering Incoming Phone Calls**: Respond to member inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring quality service and resolving issues efficiently. * **Cross-Selling Credit Union Products and Services**: Identify opportunities to enhance member relationships by promoting our credit union products and services. * **Assisting and Training Members**: Provide guidance and support to members in using automated services, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge needed to succeed. * **Complying with Regulations**: Complete account transaction requests efficiently and accurately, adhering to regulatory requirements and arenaflex policies. * **Training Other Service Center Employees**: Share your expertise and knowledge with colleagues, helping to build a strong and cohesive team. **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * **Minimum Educational Requirement**: High School Diploma or equivalent * **Related Experience**: One to twelve months of experience in a call center or branch environment * **MSR Certification**: Must be MSR Certified or complete Certification within 3 months of hire * **Basic Computer Operating Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer operating skills * **Effective Communication**: Ability to communicate patiently and courteously with members **Preferred Qualifications** To stand out in this role, consider having: * **Previous Experience with Symitar and 10-Key**: Familiarity with our systems and software will give you a head start in this position. * **High-Speed Typing**: Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute will help you efficiently process member requests. * **Credit Union Policies and Procedures**: Familiarity with our policies and procedures will enable you to provide expert guidance to members. **Work Environment and Company Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's both challenging and rewarding.
