About the Role We're seeking an experienced Customer Service & Sales Support Representative to join our team in a remote, full-time capacity. As a pivotal member of our client-facing team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving business growth, and developing valuable skills in client relationship management, sales processes, and business operations. This multifaceted role combines the excitement of sales support with the satisfaction of delivering outstanding customer experiences, all while working with industry-leading CRM technology. Key Responsibilities Conduct engaging Zoom discovery calls with prospective clients to understand their needs and build lasting relationships Master the GoHighLevel CRM platform to manage customer relationships, execute marketing automation strategies, and drive business growth Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, providing outstanding customer service and support to our clients Execute various administrative tasks to ensure seamless business operations and exceptional client experiences Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire client lifecycle, from initial discovery to ongoing relationship management Collaborate with team members to ensure cohesive and effective client interactions, driving business success and growth Essential Qualifications Proven proficiency in using Zoom for professional discovery calls and virtual meetings, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Hands-on experience with the GoHighLevel CRM platform for customer relationship management and marketing automation, with a strong understanding of CRM principles and practices Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle phone conversations professionally, effectively, and with a positive attitude Demonstrated reliability, trustworthiness, and a strong work ethic in previous work experiences, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results Positive attitude, enthusiastic approach to daily tasks and challenges, and a strong team player mentality with a collaborative spirit Ability to commit to a full-time schedule (40 hours per week), with strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn, grow, and develop new skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or a related field, with a strong understanding of client relationship management and business development principles Experience working with CRM technology, marketing automation, and sales processes, with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceptional client experiences Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills, with opportunities for career advancement, professional development, and continuous learning.
