The Opportunity We're seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service and Seller Operations Associate to join our team, working nights and weekends to provide top-notch support to our valued sellers and customers. As a key member of our Seller Operations team, you will be responsible for managing transactions, resolving order-related issues, and fostering strong relationships with our sellers and customers. Your primary focus will be on delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring that every interaction with arenaflex is positive, helpful, and memorable. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service and Seller Operations Associate at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: Taking calls and responding to emails from sellers and customers on a broad range of event and order-related questions Managing transactions and relationships with sellers and customers to ensure seamless and enjoyable experiences Proactively identifying potential order issues and finding solutions to problems Investigating instances where customer experience has been affected, determining fault, and resolving issues fairly and constructively Handling day-to-day interactions with sellers beyond traditional customer service responsibilities Navigating order queues and determining what requires attention to provide real-time assistance Playing an active role in continued learning to advance skill sets necessary for individual and team goals Managing in-bound seller calls and monitoring open and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers Role Expectations and Progression As you grow and develop in your role as a Customer Service and Seller Operations Associate at arenaflex, your expectations and responsibilities will evolve over time. Here's a snapshot of what you can expect in your first 30, 60, and 90 days: 30 Days In During your first 30 days, you'll complete our comprehensive new hire orientation program, gaining valuable knowledge and resources about how arenaflex operates and the live event industry. You'll learn about ticket marketplaces, how they work, and how you'll contribute to providing great experiences for our customers. You'll also gain industry knowledge, experience, and critical thinking skills to proactively identify potential order issues and find solutions to problems. 60 Days In By your 60th day, you'll be investigating instances where customer experience has been affected, determining fault, and resolving issues fairly and constructively. You'll handle day-to-day interactions with sellers beyond traditional customer service responsibilities and navigate order queues to provide real-time assistance. 90 Days In After 90 days, you'll play an active role in continued learning to advance your skill sets and contribute to individual and team goals. You'll manage in-bound seller calls, monitor open and pending orders, and ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers.
