As a critical member of our Supply Center team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and providing quotes and product information to our customers. If you're a results-driven, customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service and Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Delivering exceptional customer service by responding to customer needs thoroughly in a timely manner with accuracy and detail * Developing and maintaining a high level of product knowledge to provide expert advice and guidance to customers * Fielding and resolving customer issues and questions in a professional and courteous manner * Performing inside sales duties as needed, including processing customer orders and scheduling product deliveries * Utilizing consultative selling skills to establish, develop, and service new customer accounts * Providing quotes to customers and communicating delivery schedules and product information * Ordering inventory for replenishment and maintaining accurate records * Operating in a safe manner and maintaining a safe work environment * Supporting the Supply Center team in attaining overall goals and objectives * Accurately entering customer orders and following up on customer inquiries * Following and executing any additional direction given by Branch Manager to assist in achieving overall goals and objectives * Performing other duties as necessary to support the team and achieve business objectives **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Ability to multi-task and make business decisions in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment * Composed under pressure with a results-driven attitude * Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a positive attitude * Effective time management and organizational skills * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Ability to learn and adapt to new technology and systems * Ability to work in a warehouse environment with frequent standing, walking, bending, talking, and listening **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, we prefer candidates with: * College degree or equivalent experience * 2+ years' experience in a retail/wholesale environment with a demonstrated success working with customers * Microsoft Excel, Office, and Outlook experience * General knowledge of the building industry **Work Environment** As a Customer Service and Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll work in a dynamic and fast-paced warehouse environment with a mix of office and warehouse space. You'll be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as issued by the branch location, and you'll work in a facility where forklifts are present.
