With a focus on innovation, customer satisfaction, and employee development, blithequark is the perfect place to grow your career and make a real difference in the lives of our customers. **Key Responsibilities** As an Amazon Locker+ Customer Service Associate, your duties will include: * Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery * Assisting customers with questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to blithequark's high standards of quality and safety * Managing responsibilities for a Locker location, including opening and closing the site, and ensuring a smooth customer experience * Using technology such as smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders * Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring that all packages are accurately processed and stored **Physical Demands** As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be required to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, standing and walking for up to five hours, and using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other equipment to move items around. You'll also need to be able to go up and down stairs (where applicable) and be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week. **What it's like to work at blithequark** * **Safety**: Your safety is our top priority, and we provide a safe working environment, with protective gear and regular safety training. * **Surroundings**: You'll be working behind a counter, interacting with customers in a comfortable, climate-controlled environment. * **Activity**: You'll be on your feet for most of your shift, helping customers and sorting packages. * **Temperature**: Our Locker locations are in comfortable, climate-controlled environments. * **Noise level**: Sound levels are minimal, similar to what you'd expect in a grocery store. * **Dress code**: Relaxed, with a few rules to follow for safety. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required, and protective safety footwear are required in select business units. **Why you'll love working at blithequark** * **Schedule flexibility**: Depending on where you work, schedules may include full-time (40 hours), reduced-time (30-36 hours) or part-time (20 hours or less), all with the option of working additional hours if needed. * **Shift options**: Work when it works for you.
