With a focus on innovation, customer satisfaction, and employee development, blithequark is the perfect place to grow your career and make a real difference in the lives of our customers. **Key Responsibilities** As an Amazon Locker+ Customer Service Associate, your duties will include: * Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery * Assisting customers with questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to blithequark's high standards of quality and safety * Managing responsibilities for a Locker location, including opening and closing the site, and ensuring a smooth customer experience * Using technology such as smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders * Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring that all packages are accurately processed and stored **Physical Demands** As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be required to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, standing and walking for up to five hours, and using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other equipment to move items around.
