Our company culture is built on a foundation of trust, respect, and open communication, and we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees. **Key Responsibilities** As an Amazon Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for: * Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery * Assisting customers with questions and concerns, providing personalized support and solutions * Working through problem-solving scenarios for customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded * Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for quality and safety * Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing site, and ensuring a seamless customer experience * Using technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders * Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring timely processing and distribution of packages **Physical Demands and Requirements** As an Amazon Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you'll be required to: * Perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation * Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation * Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around * Go up and down stairs (where applicable) * Be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week **What it's like at arenaflex** * Safety: Your safety is our top priority, and we provide a safe working environment with protective gear and regular safety training. * Surroundings: You'll be working behind a counter, interacting with customers in a comfortable, climate-controlled environment. * Activity: You'll be on your feet for the majority of your shift, helping customers and sorting packages. * Temperature: Our Locker+ locations are in comfortable, climate-controlled environments. * Noise level: Sound levels are minimal, similar to what you'd expect in a grocery store. * Dress code: Relaxed, with a few rules to follow for safety.
