As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of blithequark, providing top-notch service and support to our customers. Duties & Responsibilities As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark Locker+, your duties will be diverse and challenging. Some of your key responsibilities will include: Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing packages for delivery Assisting customers with their queries and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a professional and courteous manner Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to blithequark's high standards Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing procedures Utilizing technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders efficiently Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring accurate processing of packages To excel in this role, you will need to be able to: Perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other equipment to move items around safely Navigate stairs (where applicable) Be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. with varying schedules week to week What to Expect at blithequark Locker+ Locations At blithequark, we prioritize the well-being and safety of our associates.
