Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is respectful, fair, and productive Engage clients and patients by greeting them, offering help with products and services, and resolving customer issues Process client purchases on assigned sales register, collect cash and distribute change as needed, and process voids, returns, delays, discounts, and exchanges as required Maintain counters and retail areas clean and well-marketed, take inventory, and maintain records Carry out organization resource protection methods to identify and minimize profit loss Ensure compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled items Develop and maintain displays, including special, seasonal, super designs, and sale stock Assist with separation of food items and product placement as determined by policies/procedures Provide client assistance in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, banner print, and creative machine Takes on web pick obligations, screens orders, and delivers orders to clients as they arrive at the store Maintain a clean, flawless, and deliberate store condition and appearance Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's Degree and be conversant in reading, writing, and speaking English. You should also be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours. A strong preference will be given to candidates with at least six months of experience in a retail environment and previous work experience with arenaflex. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a customer-facing role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Basic math skills and attention to detail Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and patients in a friendly and respectful manner.
