Job Overview We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Associates. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, answering their questions, and resolving any issues they may have. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers, and ensuring that our Locker locations are running smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery Assist customers with questions and concerns, providing personalized support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Work through problem-solving scenarios for customers, using your critical thinking skills and knowledge of our services to find solutions Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, ensuring that our Locker locations are always tidy and well-maintained Manage responsibilities for a Locker location, including opening and closing the site, and ensuring that all necessary tasks are completed Use technology such as smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders, as well as to communicate with customers and colleagues Receive truck deliveries and ensure that all packages are handled and stored correctly Physical Requirements In this role, you'll be required to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. You'll also need to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation. Additionally, you may need to use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around, and go up and down stairs (where applicable). You'll also need to be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week.
