As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, promoting our services, and driving growth within our team. If you're a people person with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you! **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Greeting guests and creating an exceptional first impression for all visitors * Educating guests on our single wash, upgrades, and membership packages * Offering and selling BLISS Monthly Unlimited Wash Memberships and BLISS Single Wash Packages as well as Upgrades * Processing payments and ensuring all vehicles are loaded safely and correctly onto the conveyor * Preparing vehicles within company guidelines and performing quality control checks to ensure all vehicles are BLISS clean and wiped down within company guidelines * Providing excellent service to ensure all guests have a great experience * Maintaining a safe and clean work area and performing after-hours site cleaning by following the schedule * Maintaining high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing proper uniform/appearance policy * Following company safety protocol and being a team player **Qualifications** To be successful as a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll need: * A combination of experiences in car wash, retail, and guest service industries (although not necessary) * The ability to maintain the highest level of service and adapt to the ever-changing high-volume retail environment * Flexibility to work varied hours/days as business dictates * Demonstrated ability to improve through training * Excellent communication and follow-through skills to build great relationships with guests and co-workers **Work Schedule and Environment** As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll work a full-time or part-time schedule with varied hours/days as business dictates. You'll work mainly outdoors and at times indoors, with constant exposure to fumes from equipment and cleaning solvents.
