About the Role: Customer Service Associate We're seeking an energetic and professional Customer Service Associate to join our remote team. As the first human touchpoint for our customers, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our industry-leading service experience. This full-time remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while being part of a fast-paced, innovative team that's changing the fragrance retail landscape. Key Responsibilities Provide top-notch customer service by answering a high volume of phone calls, emails, and chat messages daily in a prompt, accurate, and courteous manner. Track orders promptly and accurately, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Identify and capitalize on cross-sell opportunities during customer interactions, enhancing the customer experience and driving business growth. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, within company guidelines, to foster customer loyalty and retention. Assist with order verification, handle damaged or lost package claims, and facilitate reshipments as needed. Qualifications and Requirements To excel in this role, you'll need: A dedicated workspace with a computer, dual monitors, keyboard, mouse, and headset, ensuring a productive remote work environment. Availability to work 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, with flexibility to work overtime and weekends during peak holiday seasons. At least 6 months of remote work experience, demonstrating your ability to work independently and effectively in a virtual setting. A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of handling customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, and social media. 1 year of experience with Zendesk or a similar customer service ticketing system, showcasing your technical skills and adaptability. Strong computer skills, including data-entry and keyboard proficiency, to efficiently manage customer interactions and data. Experience working with key performance metrics such as handle time, quality assurance, and more, highlighting your analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with bilingual capabilities being a significant plus. The ability to manage and resolve conflicts professionally and promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience, combined with a customer-first mindset that's reflected in your previous customer experience feedback.
