Our culture of shared success and commitment to creating 360° value enables us to help our clients reinvent and build trusted, lasting relationships. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Associate - Life Insurance, you'll be responsible for: * Handling customer service inquiries via telephone and/or email and performing a variety of complex clerical or administrative support functions that require knowledge and understanding of Group Insurance policies for Life Insurance. * Supporting the resolution of customer problems, incidents, issues, requests, and queries. * Liaising with other support teams or product teams as required to resolve requests and issues in a timely manner. * Ensuring proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking, and follow-up of all incidents. * Managing incoming telephone calls, emails, and/or faxes for Life Insurance. * Utilizing resources and tools to accurately respond to customer inquiries and following all documented processes and workflows provided by the client to enhance customer service and reduce customer effort operating efficiency. * Learning and becoming proficient with client's incident management and knowledge management tools, client information systems, and service desk procedures. * Demonstrating understanding of the customer's business needs as trained and maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings. * Performing follow-up on incidents with customers to ensure customer satisfaction. * Supporting reporting functions, providing end-of-day status, data for weekly status reports, and other tasks as required. **Essential Qualifications** * Ability to work a shift between the hours of 7 am and 7 pm. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center environment. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and/or Spanish. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the life insurance field. * Experience with reporting. * Experience in a BPO/BPS environment. **Skills and Competencies** * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. * Proficiency in using technology and software applications. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
