Job Overview At arenaflex, we're seeking highly motivated and customer-centric individuals to join our Locker+ team as Customer Service Associates. This role is more than just assisting with customer orders; it's about connecting personally with our customers, understanding their needs, and enhancing their experiences with arenaflex. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of arenaflex, ensuring that every interaction with our customers is positive, helpful, and memorable. Duties & Responsibilities Receive, Pick, and Stow Customer Orders: Process returns and prepare packages for delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions. Assist Customers: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide information on services and policies, showcasing your excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Maintain a Clean Workspace: Ensure the Locker+ location is safe, organized, and clean, reflecting arenaflex's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Manage Locker+ Location: Handle responsibilities including opening and closing the site, managing inventory, and performing other duties as required to ensure smooth operations. Use Technology: Utilize smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders, demonstrating your ability to adapt to and effectively use technology. Receive Truck Deliveries: Assist in unloading and organizing incoming packages, ensuring that all items are handled with care and stored appropriately. Physical Requirements To succeed in this role, you must be able to perform physical labor, including: Lifting: Up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation, as part of receiving, processing, and delivering packages. Standing and Walking: Stand and walk during shifts that can last up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation, as you assist customers and manage the Locker+ location. Moving Items: Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other equipment to move items around the location, ensuring efficient operations and customer satisfaction. Stairs: Go up and down stairs where applicable, as part of navigating the Locker+ location or accessing storage areas. Availability: Work part-time between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week, demonstrating your flexibility and commitment to meeting customer needs.
