As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing real-time support to customers via phone and email, and working closely with our Delivery Service Partners to resolve issues and deliver exceptional results. **About the Role** As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for: * Conducting real-time investigations to locate customer orders and identify solutions to prevent delays * Contacting customers directly via phone and/or email to confirm delivery details and resolve issues * Acting as an interface between customers and Delivery Service Partners to identify root causes, solve problems, and arrange for re-delivery when necessary * Working variable hours to match customer demand, including day shifts, weekends, and national holidays * Collaborating with a dynamic team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and delivery performance **Your Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A minimum age of 18 years old * The right to work in the Netherlands * Strong communication skills in Dutch and German (both written and oral fluency – minimum of C1 level) * Good communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency) * Intermediate computer literacy * The availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 11:00 am to 7:30 pm * Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. weekends, and overtime as required) **Your Strengths** We're looking for individuals who are: * Hard-working, articulate, and detail-oriented * Friendly and customer-focused in every situation * Able to learn quickly and adapt to change * Comfortable multi-tasking in a high-energy environment **What We Offer** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy: * A competitive hourly rate of €15.50 * A comprehensive training program to equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed * A complete equipment package to support your work * Life insurance and other benefits to support your well-being * Opportunities to develop your skills and advance your career * A dynamic and supportive work environment that values diversity and inclusion **How to Apply** If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply.
