About the Role We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Customer Service Chat Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a Chat Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering top-notch customer service, providing solutions, and creating a positive experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities Answer 2-3 incoming chats using the LiveEngage (LivePerson) platform, providing timely and effective support to our customers. Reply to incoming emails from customers, ensuring prompt and professional communication. Request contact prescriptions via phone from eye care providers as needed, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Consult customers on the best value for their contact lens purchase, utilizing your sales skills to drive revenue and customer satisfaction. Provide top-notch customer service, delivering solutions that create a positive experience and drive customer loyalty. Maintain high performance metrics, including quality, sales, and dependability, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Utilize your problem-solving skills to think fast and make decisions that benefit both the customer and the company.
