Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via online chat, responding to questions about automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership inquiries Provide accurate and timely information about products and services, ensuring that customers receive the best possible experience Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, driving sales and service leads for our dealer clients Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring that our dealer clients can follow up with customers and generate revenue from their website traffic Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback to our dealer clients Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (preferred but not necessary) Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly A strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being helpful (but not required) A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, we are looking for candidates who: Have experience working in a remote or home-based environment, with a quiet and dedicated workspace free from distractions Are able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT Can type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above being preferred Have a strong understanding of the automotive and recreational vehicle industry, with knowledge of sales, service, and finance processes Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility A positive and flexible attitude, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
